LG Electronics has just launched its latest portable external hard drive to the South Korean markets.The model is called LG XG1 Chic Portable Hard Drive.LG XG1 Chic Portable Hard Drive is made of 3.5-inch form factor and comes with a special stand, which allows the LG XG1 Chic Portable Hard Drive to consolidate both horizontally and vertically. According to manufacturer, LG XG1 Chic is equipped with a powerful, but silent cooling system. Also reported that hard drive meets the most “green” standards, for example the requirements of RoHS.LG XG1 Chic Portable Hard Drive supports SATA II and it is available in South Korean markets in the capacity of 1TB at a price of US $130.The 1TB and 2TB models will be available by January 2010.
